I know that right now if you’ve gotten this far it’s because I’ve spammed you to death, chatted your ear off about “how I’m gonna start a blog one day,” or was told by someone else. So if you’re in the third category, WELCOME, and no I’m not really as nuts as I seem…well no, I am. But hopefully it’s charming.
So, if it’s not apparent from the title of the blog, I am a nail polish fanatic! I’m not specially trained, I have never taken any classes, and anything I’ve learned about nail care and nail polish I’ve learned on my own. If I can do it then anyone can! Hopefully I can help and inspire some folks to consider DIY when it comes to their manicures!
The following polishes being reviewed were purchased by me.
Today I have two polishes from Enchanted Polish. I’ll admit that I don’t know much about the maker or her story, but golly gee whiz does she make some gorgeous polishes that are extremely popular! Today we have Majestic and August 2013. Let’s have a look on my nails shall we?
I used both polishes for one manicure. I like to have a little something special going on, even if it’s just an accent nail in a different color. I promise nail art is coming.
I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure about Majestic when I ordered it. But wowzers it really grew on me! Majestic is a blue leaning grey linear holographic polish with a cheeky pink shimmer. The overall effect while indoors is a lovely periwinkle. August 2013 is hands down my favorite though. There is nothing shy or retiring about that gorgeous color! August is my birthday month so of course I had to snag it! This is a teal leaning dark blue linear holographic polish. It’s a real stunner! The next picture shows the polishes with flash to show off all their holographic glory!
You can purchase Enchanted Polish at their site and keep up to date on restock information at their facebook page!
Please let me know what you think in the comments! I can’t wait to show you more of my polish collection and whip out some of my nail art techniques!
Holoooooooos! *drools*
I think they are pretty.
